Patient Move Date To Medical Center Of Trinity Approaches

Pasco/Pinellas/Hillsborough County, Florida – The Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) surveyors has been on site at Medical Center of Trinity from January 3-4. The survey process has advanced, but is not complete. Surveyors will return the week of January 16 with the intent to complete their inspection of Medical Center of Trinity.
In order for a new license to be granted, which will allow us to move patients to the facility at State Road 54, a survey must also be conducted on our proposed West Pasco Campus (formally Community Hospital) and Behavioral Health Wing. While geographically separate, the West Pasco Campus is still under the umbrella of Medical Center of Trinity and; therefore, one license is required for both locations. A survey of our West Pasco Campus is currently scheduled for the week of January 23.
Once the survey of both campuses is complete and we have corrected any items requested, the Licensure Survey may be conducted. Our hope is to have our licensure by January 30, and execute our move by mid February.
